Digital

I work with Vroid Studio, Blender, and Unity to create ARKit facial tracking compatible 3D Vtubers.I use .PNGTuber Plus for .PNGtuber projects.I use Adobe Suite for commercial print, high-resolution assets, and character design.

Chibis

I love drawing your characters as chibis!I stylize my chibis to be transparent like digital "stickers" so they retain a variety of uses across multiple platforms and background colors.You are invited to use the chibi you commission from me for emotes, stickers, and you can even feature them on your overlays or merch.

Emotes & Badges

The emotes you commission from me can be used across platforms such as Twitch and Discord as emotes and/or badges.You will receive your emote in 112x112, 56x56, and 28x28 sizes.Non-animated emotes can be provided in a 500x500 resolution at additional cost.

Traditional

I work with graphite, acrylics, and airbrushes for my traditional pieces.My miniature foods are sculpted with polymer clay and accented with soft pastels. I also customize toys like Monster High and Barbie dolls.

Take Note:

Preparing the following items for when the commission form is available can help get your piece to you sooner:

  • Your character reference sheet.

  • What pose you want your character in.

  • If it is an emote, bust, thigh-up, or full body.

  • If it will be animated at an additional cost.

About Ash

I'm Ash and I'm a full-time artist. I started selling my website designs in 2003. I've also exhibited in my hometown's downtown gallery with my traditional pieces with a main focus is on digital products.

Streamer

I started streaming in 2019 and attained Twitch Affiliate my starting year.Sometimes I do camera streams, but it was Vtubing that rekindled my love for art.
I designed my Vtuber as a way to express my own journey with mental health including her straitjacket dress. I've designed everything from my 3D, 2D, and .PNGTuber models to overlays, about me panels, even the exclusive emotes and badges for my community.My streams are a variety of gaming, toy unboxing, and sometimes even just chatting with my favorite person ever - that's you!Our community is incredible that makes me so grateful for every friend and supporter I've met along my journey.

Adviser

Struggling with multiple mental health diagnosis has taught me to put value into mental health awareness.I live by various practices to improve how I get through life as positively as possible and I love when friends or family come to me for advice.

Personal Use License Agreement

Any item and/or artwork purchased, downloaded, or otherwise received from Little Ash Things LLC inherently includes a Personal Use License.Personal Use Licenses are intended for individual, non-commercial, and non-monetized use only.If a Commercial Use License is purchased, the Commercial Use License supplements and expands the rights granted by this Personal Use License. All terms of this agreement remain in effect unless expressly modified by the Commercial Use License.

Granted Rights

A Personal Use License holder is granted permission to:

  • Display the artwork digitally or physically.

  • Share the artwork online for personal, non-commercial purposes such as digital advertisements and promos.

  • Use the artwork as profile pictures, wallpapers, banners, stream overlays, or personal decorations (including Twitch panels and similar profile elements).

  • Print the artwork for personal use only.

Restrictions

A Personal Use License does not grant permission to:

  • Sell, reproduce, redistribute, or manufacture physical or digital products using artwork created by Little Ash Things LLC.

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Physical or digital merchandise offered for sale.

  • Any revenue-generating activity where the artwork is used as part of the final product or service.

  • Mint, tokenize, or sell the artwork as NFTs or similar digital assets.

  • Claim ownership of the artwork.

Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed to in a signed written contract, all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork remain the exclusive property of Little Ash Things, LLC.

Original Characters and Client-Owned Designs

If the artwork depicts a client's original character, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property, ownership of that intellectual property remains with the client.Little Ash Things, LLC retains ownership and copyright of the artwork created.

Attribution

Attribution to Little Ash Things, LLC is sincerely appreciated, but is not required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Refunds

All sales of digital products, digital downloads, digital artwork, commissions, digital services, and commission deposits are final.No refunds will be issued once work has begun.Little Ash Things, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time.


Commercial Use License Agreement

This Commercial Use License supplements and expands the rights granted under the Personal Use License. Unless otherwise stated herein, all terms and conditions of the Personal Use License remain in effect.

Granted Rights

A Commercial Use License holder is granted permission to:

  • Use the artwork in commercial projects that may or may not generate profit.

  • Monetize content featuring the artwork.

  • Use the artwork in livestreams, videos, websites, social media, branding materials, and promotional content featured digitally and physically.

  • Sell physical or digital products that incorporate the artwork.

  • Print, reproduce, and distribute the artwork for authorized commercial purposes.

  • Modify, incorporate, or adapt the artwork into larger works or commercial projects, provided such modifications do not claim ownership or authorship of the original artwork.

Restrictions

A Commercial Use License does not grant permission to:

  • Claim authorship of the artwork.

  • Resell, transfer, sublicense, or redistribute the original artwork file by itself.

  • Use the artwork in unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent activities.

Copyright

The Artist retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the artwork.The purchase of a Commercial License does not transfer ownership of the artwork or copyright.

Original Characters and Client-Owned Designs

Returns & Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales from Little Ash Things in their entirety are final.No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or returns will be accepted for digital products such as digital prints, digital downloads, digital artwork, digital licenses, or digital services including digital products that are printed at home.

Physical Products

Returns may be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 3 days of confirmed delivery.Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. All shipping charges are non-refundable.Returned items must be unused and in their original shipped condition.Returns will not be accepted for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or normal wear and tear.Little Ash Things LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Photo documented proof will be required when inquiring about a return.

Custom Orders and Commissions

Custom-made items and art, personalized products, and all commissioned artwork(s) are non-refundable once the work has begun. All commissioned work requires a 100% deposit before any work will begin. For payment plan options please see pricing information at my portfolio page here.
